I don't know what my login is |
|
STUDENTS: Your login is the name you go by, followed by a dot, then your last name. For example, if your name is Jonathan Smith but you go by John, your login is john.smith. This is the same user name you use for logging on campus computers, getting into myFHU, and it's the first part of your school email address.
FACULTY/STAFF: Your login is the same you use to log on to your office computer and also the same as the first part of your email address. It is generally your first initial and last name, as in jsmith. |

I don't know what my password is |
|
STUDENTS: If you've never set your password before, go to only1.fhu.edu to set it. This is also where you can reset your password if you've forgotten what it is. After you change your password here, it sometimes takes a few minutes to be active. The password you set at only1 is the same password you use for logging into myFHU, checking your mail, etc.
FACULTY/STAFF: Your password is the same as the one you use to log on your office computer and to access Blackboard, etc. Your password expires every 90 days and normally you will be prompted to reset it when you log on to your office computer. If it's been more than 90 days since your password has been reset, it might be that your old password has already expired. You can try to log on to your office computer and you'll be prompted to change your password. But if you don't have access to a school computer you must call the FHU helpdesk at 731-989-6111 to have it reset. |

If you can NOT log in to your email: Then it could be that your password has expired. Students can reset their password at only1.fhu.edu. Fac/Staff can reset their password by logging on to a campus computer, but if you don't have access to a school computer you must call the FHU helpdesk at 731-989-6111 to have it reset. I'm having problems getting the resource to display after logging on |
|
Occasionally people have had issues with some databases when logging on at a school, library or business that has strict firewall settings. If this is the case you might have to log on from a different location. You might also try going to your browser options and lower the security or privacy settings. After making any changes, close the browser, and then retry accessing the online resource.
Please report the problem you're having at the link below. Be sure to tell us which database or resource you're accessing, but also describe what happens after you log in or what message you get. |
